English Garden...
A soothing palette of lavender, silver, pink and white greets visitors.
We transformed what was a plain, uninviting back yard of Bermuda grass and deteriorating concrete into an English-style retreat filled with long-lasting perennials and shrubs. A boxwood hedge lines the new brick path and patio, while ornamental lighting extends the use of the space into the evening.
White Iceberg roses, lavender, catmint, lamb's ears, purple-top verbena and other exuberent perennials fill the planting beds.
Another "before" view from the opposite end of the yard, paired with the matching view just four months later. The gray-hued tones of the fountain blend with the crunchy gravel path. Look closely, and you'll see a sparrow perched on the fountain's bottom bowl.
A few final views.
