This progression shows how the forgettable lawn and scraggly yucca have been replaced by a colorful canvas of ground covers punctuated by spiky fortnight lily, Mexican sage and Jerusalem sage. The vibrant gold Mexican marigold hugging the corner of the garage is the only remnant of the previous landscape.
